Hello, and here we are, in one more week of the blog, wishing everyone that everything is well, in peace and health!
O assunto dessa semana é baseado no vídeo publicado abaixo sobre um evento que acontece todos os anos na cidade de São Sebastião, litoral norte do rico Estado de São Paulo e esse ano o evento Sarau Chão Caiçara fez o lançamento de uma nova alternativa de informação turística sobre todos os segmentos que o turismo da cidade oferece, a começar pela aprazível e bela praia/bairro de Barequeçaba, estamos falando do Guia Caiçara, segue abaixo uma entrevista, com um dos personagens do universo turístico cultural-caiçara de São Sebastião, entre os mais conhecidos, responsável pelo evento e pelo guia, o simpático e amigo "Nicinho":

Foi uma noite memorável comemorando o dia do caiçara onde aconteceram manifestações da cultura do povo nativo da beira mar local, como poesia, "causos", canções, artesanato e arte.

It was a memorable evening celebrating the day of the "caiçara" where there were manifestations of the culture of the native local people of the sea, such as poetry, "causos", songs, crafts and art.

O que tudo isso tem a ver com TURISMO?

Absolutamente tudo! Pois é um produto extremamente vendável e atrativo, agregado aos produtos que a cidade pode oferecer, como gastronomia de qualidade, inclusive a própria gastronomia caiçara, hospedagem variada, sem incluir as casas de aluguel (veranismo), alimentos e bebidas, e claro os atrativos naturais.

Exatamente o que nos apresenta o assunto, para nossa opinião dessa semana, eventos culturais locais, com potencial para atrair demanda de qualidade e que precisa ser vendido, ser mostrado midiaticamente, maciçamente em nichos de mercado que mudem o atual paradigma.

Produzir eventos culturais e outros eventos apenas para a comunidade, não vai mudar o que já estava sendo feito, óbvio que com menos competência por gestores do turismo e da cultura, ou que pensavam ser gestores, pois usavam as mesmas "fórmulas" que usavam em seus empreendimentos falidos.

Não queremos dizer com isso, que somos contra produzir eventos para a comunidade, isso tem que acontecer, pagam-se impostos, também para isso, qualidade de vida, direito, liberdade, entretenimento, lazer e democracia, porém somos favoráveis para que isso seja organizado, como um produto turístico e que a gestão seja estrategista e ousada na venda dese produto.

Insistimos nesse assunto, boa parte de dezembro, janeiro, uma boa parte de fevereiro, é temporada!

Não é necessária, grandes produções e investimentos nesses meses, pois, a migração de veranistas para o Litoral Norte de São Paulo, é maciça e essa migração muitas vezes afasta um turista mais sofisticado, aquele que se hospeda, usa a rede gastronômica, náutica, comércio, alimentos e bebidas e terceiro setor, e gasta ou quer gastar, mas com tranquilidade, segurança, acesso e é claro excelência!
Estratégia!
Não é necessária, grandes produções e investimentos nesses meses, pois, a migração de veranistas para o Litoral Norte de São Paulo, é maciça e essa migração muitas vezes afasta um turista mais sofisticado, aquele que se hospeda, usa a rede gastronômica, náutica, comércio, alimentos e bebidas e terceiro setor, e gasta ou quer gastar, mas com tranquilidade, segurança, acesso e é claro excelência!

Ou seja , se continuarmos a fazer festas só para nós,continuaremos a termos aplausos só entre nós, como feito anteriormente, precisamos "convidar" outras pessoas para "nossas festas", se me permitem o paradoxo, já passou da hora ha muito tempo, mas os "super gestores" do passado não conseguiam visualizar isso, acostumados com sua própria corte, que bajulavam seus egos.

Junto a esse evento turístico cultural e lançamento do Guia Caiçara, ao qual fomos convidados como blogger e colaborador e também fonte de inspiração para nossa opinião de hoje, aconteceu durante a Semana Caiçara o excelente evento Festival Gastronômico Caiçara, que aqui mencionei na edição anterior e que tenho que parabenizar, ufa, já era tempo de acontecer e enfatizo, que esse, poderá ser um evento permanente de grande potencial atrativo, para turistas que precisamos.

E como destaques desse Festival Gastronômico Caiçara eu vou mencionar dois,na minha opinião, sem desmerecer os outros, um eu conheço muito bem, sou frequentador , é um point sebastianense, bem localizado, com um bom atendimento, uma excelente comida de boteco, cervejas de vário tipos, inclusive artesanais, bebidas para todos os gostos além de pratos caiçaras e música ao vivo, onde o proprietário e empresário Rodrigo Notari é figura constante, até na hora de fechar , estou falando do Cantinho dos Amigos , que tem 4 estrelas no Trip Advisor.com.br , e o nosso Blog recomenda veementemente, sem medo de errar. |

E outro destaque,infelizmente ainda não fui degustar os deliciosos pratos que
ouvi falar , porém eu também conheço muito bem a simpática família que muito bem se ocupa do ambiente e da cozinha e as críticas que me chegam, é que vale a pena ir lá degustar os deliciosos pratos, que são preparados pela dedicada chef Cristiane Lara e sua equipe e estou falando do restaurante Pimenta de Cheiro, que possui 4 estrelas e meia no Trip Advisor.com.br e que fica localizado na belíssima praia/bairro de Toque Toque Pequeno e que em uma próxima oportunidade irei conferir a gastronomia muito elogiada e que fez muito sucesso no Festival Gastronômico e nossa opinião será mencionada aqui no blog,mas, não tenho medo de estar enganado e o Blog recomenda.
